Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Representatives for English-speaking accounts
Requirements:
• Egyptians only
• Fluent English speakers — B2 to C1
• Graduates & Undergraduates are welcome
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts
Package & Benefits:
• 19,000 EGP Net Salary — including 15% KPIs
• Quarterly Bonus up to €195 (~10,900 EGP Net)

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs
• Perform data entry across various platforms
