Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including copywriters, designers, and content creators.
Review, edit, and approve all content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and alignment with the brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines.
Develop and execute content strategies that support media campaigns, audience engagement, and business growth.
Oversee the entire content production lifecycle from ideation and planning to creation, review, and publishing, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Maintain and optimize the content production calendar to guarantee consistent, timely delivery of assets.
Collaborate with branding, production, media, and performance teams to produce high-impact, multi-format content.
Explore and adopt innovative content formats, storytelling techniques, and emerging tools to enhance audience engagement.
Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations to develop the skills and productivity of the creative team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a content management or creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing impactful conversion campaigns and creative leadership.
Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling skills, and understanding of digital audience behavior.
Experience managing cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries is a plus.
