1- Job Purpose
To develop, implement, and oversee the Company's Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. The role is responsible for mitigating regulatory,compliance, financial crime, money laundering,terrorist financing, and reputational risks while fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization.
2- Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the company's compliance management framework to ensure full alignment with applicable

regulatory requirements, corporate governance principles, and internal policies.

This includes maintaining comprehensive compliance policies and procedures, reviewing existing frameworks, and recommending improvements to address emerging regulatory developments and changing business requirements.

Responsible for conducting regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of regulatory exposure and developing appropriate mitigation plans. This includes evaluating new products, services, business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and operational processes to ensure compliance risks are identified and adequately managed before implementation.

Responsible for ensuring that all business units operate in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Know Your Customer (KYC),sanctions screening, consumer protection, data privacy, and financial crime prevention requirements. This includes coordinating with relevant departments to ensure appropriate controls, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting procedures are maintained at all times.

Responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports and compliance certifications required by supervisory authorities.

Responsible for maintaining compliance registers, monitoring action plans, tracking remediation activities, and reporting key compliance metrics and indicators to senior management and the Board. The role analyzes trends, identifies emerging risks, and recommends strategic actions to strengthen regulatory compliance and organizational resilience.
3- Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,

minimum experience of 7 Years in financial service.

Experience within financial services, banking, mortgage finance, leasing, factoring, consumer finance, or fintech sectors is preferred.

Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, KYC requirements, sanctions compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Deep knowledge of credit analysis, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Knowledge of AML transaction monitoring systems and sanctions screening tools.
