Role Description The Business Development Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan City, focused on driving growth opportunities for Geyushi’s automotive products and solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business leads, supporting sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with fleet customers, distributors, and strategic partners. The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to propose technical and commercial solutions. The Business Development Engineer collaborates closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams to align product capabilities with market needs and to prepare proposals, technical presentations, and bid documents. Daily tasks also include maintaining an up-to-date opportunity pipeline, supporting contract negotiations, and providing feedback to R&D and management on potential product improvements.

- Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or industrial manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, product drawings, and cost structures and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) and comfort working with data and reports.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, high level of integrity, and willingness to work on-site and visit customer locations as needed.
