Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend automation strategies for efficiency improvements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Define project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process automation across various business functions.
- Implement advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve automation capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing automation solutions for better performance.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with regulatory standards, security protocols, and organizational policies.
- Conduct periodic audits of automated processes to ensure compliance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process flows, system architecture, and security measures.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and external vendors to facilitate automation solutions.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or business process automation, with at least 3 years in solution development and project management.
