Role Description The Bilingual (English & Italian) Customer Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. In this position, the advisor interacts with customers via phone, email, and chat to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in both English and Italian. Daily responsibilities include managing customer cases, documenting interactions, following up on open requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey. The advisor collaborates with internal teams to escalate complex issues, supports continuous improvement of customer processes, and adheres to service-level agreements and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product and service knowledge to deliver informed guidance and support.
Qualifications
- * Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Contact capabilities.
- Ability to promote positive Customer Satisfaction and effectively handle Client Counseling needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Italian.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a university degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
