Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at Copas Restaurant & Bar in Broummana. The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and company guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up and closing the bar, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring all beverages and garnishes are stocked. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, recommending drinks, and providing attentive customer service throughout their visit. The Bartender also handles cash and card payments accurately, adheres to responsible serving practices, works closely with the serving and kitchen teams, and supports overall bar operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- * Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including drink menus, ingredients, and pairing recommendations.
- Bartending skills, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and using bar equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills for processing payments, managing tabs, and reconciling bills.
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with local alcohol regulations and responsible service practices.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
