Key ResponsibilitiesDuring your tenure as a Manager in Brand, Marketing and Eminence, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Execute brand, marketing and communications strategies that support business objectives and strengthen brand awareness across the region
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans for alliances and strategic growth offerings, aligned with market opportunities and business priorities
- Partner with key strategic alliances to create and deliver joint go-to-market marketing strategies and campaigns that support shared growth objectives
- Craft tailored marketing plans for priority growth offerings, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s most important strategic areas and commercial ambitions
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal and external campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging, strong market relevance, and measurable impact
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and provide strategic marketing advice in a complex, matrixed environment
- Manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies, aligning priorities and driving execution to a high standard
- Oversee campaign and initiative budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, financial discipline, and strong return on investment
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency
- Develop communications plans around strategic initiatives, business developments, events, and people-related matters to inform, engage, and influence target audiences
- Leverage Global and EMEA initiatives to maximize relevance and impact for internal and external audiences
- Assess content needs and oversee the writing, editing, production, and distribution of high-quality communications materials
- Maintain strong processes and standards to ensure consistently high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement across BME activities
- Support the development and promotion of new market offerings in collaboration with business leaders, alliances, SGO leaders and key account teams
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including creative agencies, designers, production houses, printers, video producers, and event partners

Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree is advantageous but not essential
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably within professional services, financial services, or consulting
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, and strategic communications plans
- Experience working with strategic alliances, partnerships, or complex stakeholder groups is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and deliver against competing priorities
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments for impact and efficiency
- Experience in a multinational organization is preferred; agency experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the Middle East market is an advantage
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing and eminence best practices is essential
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience using digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to support campaign delivery and performance
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French is an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
