About the Role
As a Formulation Chemist, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing high-quality formulations, contributing to innovation pipelines while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize product formulations with a focus on performance, stability, and quality
- Research and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and new technologies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and consumer preferences
- Support scale-up activities and collaborate with production teams
- Conduct stability, and performance testing
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing teams, Scientific team, Procurement team
- Maintain accurate documentation (formulations, trials, reports)
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in formulation / product development
- Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materials
- Hands-on lab experience and analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
