Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Hlaliyeh Saida. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive flows and interaction patterns. The role includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and business consultants to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project objectives. The designer will participate in usability testing, iterate on feedback, and maintain design consistency across web and digital touchpoints. Daily work involves using design tools, documenting design decisions, and contributing to the improvement of ZinGlow’s design processes and standards.
Qualifications
- * Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX), with the ability to solve complex problems through user-centered approaches.
- Proficiency in User Research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and the ability to turn findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Demonstrated skills in Visual Design, with a good sense of layout, typography, color, and design systems for web and digital products.
- Experience with Prototyping tools and workflows, including creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications for development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate design decisions clearly, and present work to stakeholders at different levels.
- Familiarity with responsive web design, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is beneficial.
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment and prior exposure to brand and business strategy are considered a plus.
