Integral is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can understand the platform, present it confidently to potential clients, and manage the sales process from the first contact until contract signing.
The person should be comfortable speaking with clients, understanding their needs, demonstrating the system, preparing proposals, and following up consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- * Identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, referrals, networking, events, and other channels.
- Learn and understand Integral’s main modules, including HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Employee Self-Service, and other platform features.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present the system in a clear and professional way.
- Understand each client’s requirements and identify the features and modules that best fit their needs.
- Answer functional questions about the platform and coordinate with the technical or product team when needed.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects after meetings, demos, and proposals.
- Manage each opportunity from the initial discussion through negotiation and contract signing.
- Keep the sales pipeline and CRM updated with meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and next steps.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients.
- Share client feedback and market requirements with the Integral team.
Requirements
- * Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, software, SaaS, ERP, HR solutions, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable learning a software platform and demonstrating it to clients.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Organized and able to manage several opportunities at the same time.
- Proactive and comfortable approaching new prospects.
- Good written and spoken English; Arabic is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with HR, Finance, IT, and senior management teams.
