Job Summary:
Responsible for documenting, modeling, reviewing and editing customer’s requirements and business processes, executing test plans, conducting training, and participating in the implementation and support of banking solutions, in particular the payments area (cards, transfers, checks, cash, and so on).
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis and design of customer’s business requirements.
- Identify, document and report banking products deficiencies/enhancements.
- Enforce project deadlines and schedules.
- Conduct customers & internal trainings sessions on the functionalities of the banking solution.
- Prepare progress reports periodically in coordination with Project and/or Department Manager.
- Provide pre-sales support and product demonstration.
- Assist the support team when needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements in coordination with the concerned departments.
Requirements:
Education:
BS degree in Business Computer or equivalent
Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in payments industry
Languages:
Fluent in Arabic, English and French
Technical skills:
Hands-on experience in Payments in Delivery/Project/Product /Process Management and general banking space in at least one of following areas:
- Core Payments Messages Formats (SEPA, ISO20022, etc.)
- Payment Cards & related processes (issuing, acquiring)
- Alternative Payments Methods & Innovation (eCommerce, Blockchain)
- Open Banking & API-based Ecosystems with embedded payments offerings
- Business requirements gathering & processes design in payments area
- In-depth knowledge of payment channels and related processes, including SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS, ACH, card ISO interfaces, and check management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
