Role Description
The Shop Assistant role is a full-time position based in Beirut. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, answering product questions, and providing friendly, informed service at the counter. The Shop Assistant helps with displaying and packaging cakes and ice cream, maintaining a clean and organized shop area, and ensuring stock is replenished and well presented. The role may involve taking and confirming orders, coordinating with the kitchen team, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and supporting catering or special events. Some remote tasks, such as responding to customer inquiries, updating simple product information, or coordinating orders, may be carried out from home.
