Role Description the Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across EPI Holding’s portfolio. This position oversees brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitive analysis, defining target audiences, managing brand campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product management. The Brand Manager monitors brand performance metrics, tracks campaign results, and recommends improvements based on data-driven insights. The role also involves managing external agencies and partners, preparing brand-related presentations and reports, and supporting new product and service launches to strengthen brand equity and awareness.
Qualifications
- Brand strategy and management skills, including experience in positioning, portfolio management, and brand architecture.
- Marketing and communication skills, with knowledge of digital and traditional channels, campaign planning, and content oversight.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including market analysis, consumer insights, and performance tracking.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or multi-brand environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Beirut, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, social responsibility, and customer-centric business practices.
