• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD & 3D Rendering
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle client & supplier coordination, accounts and administrative tasks
• Support with gallery management, sales and furniture presentation
Previous experience in interior design, furniture or a related field is a plus.

Role Description The Gallery Manager, Interior Design & Furniture Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the boutique and gallery, including managing displays, coordinating inventory, and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors and clients. The manager will collaborate closely with the design team on interior and furniture concepts, support client presentations, and help translate design ideas into curated gallery and showroom layouts. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that the gallery reflects the studio’s brand and design standards. The role also includes administrative tasks, such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic reporting on sales and gallery performance.
