We are currently looking for a strategic and analytical Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Healthcare department.
The ideal candidate is someone who is capable to handle the below responsibilities:
- Search and consolidate market facts for each country in scope: market size and growth, therapeutic area dynamics, pricing and reimbursement environment, regulatory and tender landscape, channel and customer structure, and the key players in each.
- Map and monitor the competitive landscape: competing distributors and agents, their principals and product portfolios, market shares, new agreements won or lost, launches and pricing moves; flag shifts that create an opportunity or a threat for Fattal Healthcare.
- Screen, profile and prioritize prospective principals and suppliers: portfolio and therapeutic fit, registration status, current representation in the market, size and growth, decision-makers, and readiness to appoint or change a partner; maintain a qualified and ranked prospect pipeline.
- Maintain a documented source and assumption library so that every figure used in a study or proposal is traceable, defensible, and reusable across markets.
- Identify trends, outliers and turning points, and explain what is driving them.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc management reports and dashboards on business development activity, pipeline progress, launch performance and performance against plan.
- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to assemble complete, consistent proposals within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure market, principal, customer and product data used for analysis is accurate, consistently structured and reconciled across the countries; identify gaps and drive their correction with the country teams.
Qualifications
Min. 2 years of experience in business or commercial analysis, strategy consulting, or business development support, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Equivalent, with a solid quantitative foundation. A Master’s degree, or certification in market research, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical market data sources (IQVIA or equivalent) is a plus.
Good command of English and Arabic, French is a plus.
