About This RoleAs a Structural Engineer within the Structural Design Department, you will report to the Senior Structural Engineer and play a key role in designing structures across a range of projects, managing them from initiation through to closure. You will ensure that designs meet client requirements while adhering to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual obligations. This role also involves providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to draftsmen and less experienced structural engineers, with supervisory responsibility for approximately 1-4 direct and 2-4 indirect reports.
