‚úÖ Key Responsibilities:
Review hotel booking data and ensure its accuracy within the system.
Verify check-in and check-out dates and ensure they match the reservation details.
Confirm the accuracy of all booking information, including rates, room types, and guest occupancy.
Identify booking errors or discrepancies and escalate them to the relevant departments.
Coordinate with other teams (Packages and Payments) to resolve booking-related issues.
Ensure compliance with booking policies and approved operational procedures.
Prepare reports on recurring errors and recommend process improvements.
üéØ Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Accounting, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in audit, operations, reservations, hotels, customer service, or a related field.
Familiarity with booking systems, backend platforms, or reservation management tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of booking validation, operational processes, and data accuracy controls.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to work with reporting dashboards and operational tracking systems is an advantage.
Experience using communication and collaboration tools (Email, WhatsApp Business, chat platforms) is preferred.
