Role Description The Area Supervisor – Retail and Hyper Markets is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple retail and hypermarket candy store locations, ensuring consistent implementation of company standards and operating procedures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring store performance, supervising store teams, coordinating staff schedules, and providing coaching and guidance to store leaders. The Area Supervisor tracks sales targets, manages inventory levels, reviews merchandising displays, and ensures promotional activities are executed effectively. The role also involves conducting regular store visits, addressing operational issues, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
