Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage architectural works for residential buildings and villas within compounds. * Supervise all stages of construction and finishing works, including: * Blockwork & masonry * Plastering * Gypsum & Gypsum Board * Flooring, tiles & porcelain * Painting * Internal & external finishing works * Monitor subcontractors, workers, and daily site activities. * Ensure proper execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Follow up on material requirements, quantities, and site progress. * Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines. * Identify and resolve site execution issues. * Monitor work progress and ensure completion according to project schedules. * Ensure compliance with site quality and safety requirements*.
🔹 Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience in architectural site supervision. * Strong practical experience in residential buildings, villas, and compound projects. * Excellent knowledge of construction and finishing works. * Strong ability to manage and supervise workers and subcontractors*. * Good understanding of architectural drawings and site execution. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
