We are looking for an AI Business & Automation Specialist who can bridge the gap between Artificial Intelligence and real business needs.
The ideal candidate is not only able to explain AI concepts and tools, but can also understand business challenges, identify opportunities where AI can create value, and build practical AI-powered solutions and tools that can be applied in real work environments.
This role combines AI Training, Business Understanding, AI Tools Development, and Practical Application.
Key Responsibilities Deliver practical and engaging AI workshops for professionals, graduates, and corporate teams. * Translate business needs and operational challenges into practical AI use cases and solutions. * Analyze different business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Business Development and identify opportunities for AI adoption. * Research, test, and evaluate the latest AI tools, platforms, and technologies and determine their practical business applications. * Design and build practical AI-powered tools, workflows, automations, dashboards, assistants, and productivity solutions. * Create real-life business cases, exercises, simulations, and projects that demonstrate how AI can be used at work. * Train participants on how to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, reporting, analysis, communication, and daily business operations*. * Develop customized AI workshops based on specific corporate requirements and business challenges. * Stay continuously updated with emerging AI technologies, models, platforms, and business applications. * Experiment with new AI tools and convert successful experiments into practical training content and business solutions. * Collaborate with the Business Development and Training teams to understand client requirements and propose relevant AI solutions. * Support corporate clients in identifying and implementing practical AI opportunities. * Develop training materials, demos, case studies, and practical projects related to AI and business applications.
Key Requirements 2–5 years of experience in AI, Data, Technology, Business Transformation, Automation, Digital Transformation, or a related field. * Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI tools. * Excellent understanding of how businesses operate and how different functions can benefit from AI. * Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, and other emerging AI platforms. * Ability to evaluate AI tools and select the right tool for a specific business requirement. * Experience building practical AI workflows, automations, or AI-powered solutions is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, automation, and AI productivity tools*. * Ability to convert a business problem into a clear AI use case and practical solution. * Strong presentation and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical AI concepts in a simple and business-friendly way. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent English communication skills.
