We're Hiring – AI & Data Analysis Track Head | Full-time
Instant Software Solutions is looking for an AI & Data Analysis Track Head to manage and maintain the academic quality of our AI and Data Science instructors and mentors.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical interviews for AI & Data Science instructor candidates
Evaluate instructors' competency in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, and Data Analysis
Assign instructors/mentors to groups based on specialization, experience, and performance
Conduct classroom observations and evaluate instructors against approved criteria
Deliver coaching and feedback to instructors; create development plans
Track instructor/mentor KPIs (student satisfaction, attendance, curriculum compliance, etc.)
Ensure curriculum alignment and recommend academic improvements
Act as the main academic point of contact for AI & Data Science instructors and mentors
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics
Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or managing technical instructors
Strong understanding of educational methodologies and classroom management
Experience conducting technical interviews and performance evaluations
