We are currently expanding our team and looking for Junior and Senior BIM Modelers to join us in Beirut.
Position OverviewWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modelers with experience in interior design or architecture.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Revit/BIM models, producing technical documentation, and supporting the project team throughout the whole project.
We are hiring at both Junior and Senior levels.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate Revit/BIM models* based on design intent and project requirements * Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation from BIM models * Model interior architectural elements, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other project components * Ensure models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project standards * Coordinate BIM models with architectural, MEP, structural, and other disciplines * Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues * Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders * Assist in maintaining BIM standards, families, templates, and project organization * Review drawings and models for quality, consistency, and accuracy * For Senior BIM Modelers: take responsibility for BIM coordination and support junior team members when required
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture * Junior: 1–3 years of relevant experience * Senior: 5+ years of relevant experience * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit * Good understanding of BIM workflows and technical documentation * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Experience in interior design and/or hospitality projects is highly valued * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately within deadlines * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * French proficiency is a plus * Immediate availability is preferred*
