TTM & Sons is expanding its team of experts and is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
Collaborate with clients, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Assist in developing design concepts from initial ideas through to completion.
Ensure projects meet design, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Review materials, finishes, and technical details.
Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required.
Contribute creative ideas and practical design solutions.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture.
Previous experience in architecture or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar programs.
Strong design and technical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A creative mindset with a passion for architecture and design.
