We are looking for a Salesforce Functional & Technical Consultant to join our growing team and work on Salesforce projects for enterprise clients.
About the Role:
You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, helping clients translate their needs into effective Salesforce solutions. The role combines functional analysis, Salesforce configuration, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client needs and business requirements
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions
• Support projects from discovery through deployment
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and support
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent French and English are mandatory
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional, Technical, or Hybrid Consultant
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce architecture
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to HaveL
• Salesforce certifications
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Knowledge of Flows, Apex, Lightning, integrations, or data migration
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS solutions
