We are looking for a Chief Dispatcher to manage and coordinate our restaurant delivery operations.
Compensation$700 Basic Salary + Transportation
Responsibilities
- * Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations.
- Assign orders efficiently to moto drivers.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with drivers and restaurant staff.
- Handle delays and delivery issues promptly.
- Manage driver schedules and availability.
- Ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate order tracking.
- Help improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- * Previous dispatch or delivery experience is a must (3+ years).
- Experience with major delivery companies such as Toters, Talabat, Wakilni, D2D Delivery, or On Time Delivery is highly preferred.
- Experience managing moto drivers and restaurant delivery operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
