Role Description The Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for driving Disrupt Mena’s brand visibility and growth across regional and global markets. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and overseeing content and messaging to ensure consistency with the company’s mission. The Marketing Lead will conduct market research, analyze performance data, and refine campaigns to optimize engagement among startups, investors, and ecosystem partners. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and community teams, managing marketing calendars and budgets, supporting events and partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies and vendors. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, identifying new opportunities for outreach, and reporting on marketing performance to leadership.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with startups, investors, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to design and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with startups, investment platforms, or innovation hubs is a plus.
