Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work to promote and communicate the innovative work we do to advance high-speed and AI networking solutions on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company LinkedIn and broader social media, including drafting captions, monthly post calendars, and analytics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the creation of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and press releases.
- Assist with creating other marketing collateral e.g. brochure text, slides, etc.
- Assist with organizing events and yearly exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Education: Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, literature, or other field in the humanities preferred. Computer science or engineering foundations also welcome, though the work itself will be mostly adjacent.
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in writing, with an emphasis on crafting engaging content for social media, marketing materials, or other communications. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices is essential. Broad understanding of computer hardware.
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about advanced connectivity solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to understand and internalize new technology concepts quickly is a must.
- Experience with managing social media accounts, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):
- Basic knowledge of network engineering.
- Some experience with graphic design.
Languages
- Proficiency in English is a must.
