Role DescriptionOhana Development is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Interior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team.
The role will focus on developing and delivering high-quality interior design solutions for luxury residential and high-end commercial projects, combining creative design, advanced visualization, technical documentation, and site coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready packages and ensuring that design quality, functionality, and attention to detail are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Develop innovative and high-quality interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects. * Prepare mood boards, material selections, finish palettes, and design presentations. * Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, photorealistic renders, and animations. * Prepare detailed execution drawings, working drawings, construction details, and material specifications. * Develop and coordinate interior plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring, lighting, joinery, and other technical drawings. * Translate approved design concepts into accurate and practical execution packages. * Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and other project stakeholders. * Review technical drawings, shop drawings, materials, samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards. * Conduct regular site visits* and follow up on the implementation of interior works. * Monitor the execution of design details and finishes to ensure consistency with the approved design. * Identify and resolve design, technical, and execution-related issues throughout the project. * Ensure interior works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, project requirements, and timelines. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date design and project documentation. * Coordinate design revisions and ensure all project stakeholders are working with the latest approved information. * Support the project team throughout the design development, execution, and handover stages.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture. * Proven experience in luxury residential and/or high-end commercial projects. * Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design and technical execution capabilities*. * Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, joinery, lighting, and detailing. * Proven experience preparing detailed execution and working drawings. * Experience coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. * Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Software Skills 3ds Max – Advanced * Corona Renderer / V-Ray – Advanced * Lumion or equivalent high-end rendering software * AutoCAD – Advanced * Adobe Photoshop* * Knowledge of additional visualization, animation, or design software is considered an advantage.
Preferred Experience Previous experience with luxury real estate developers or leading architectural/interior design consultancies. * Proven experience delivering high-end villas, apartments, residential developments, and/or commercial interiors. * Experience taking projects from concept and design development through technical documentation, execution, and handover. * Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, custom joinery, lighting, and interior detailing*. * Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams and managing design coordination throughout project execution. * Experience working on complex, high-end projects with demanding quality and design standards.
