A US company based in Sin El fil is looking for an energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing Recruitment Team!
This is NOT a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the hustle of recruitment, knows how to find people quickly, and is excited about bulk recruitment, blue-collar hiring, sourcing, and headhunting
🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM ( Flexible Working Hours)
📍 Location: Sin El Fil, Lebanon – Onsite
💼 Experience: 2–3 years
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle high-volume / bulk recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously, with a strong focus on blue-collar and operational roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, online groups, referrals, databases, networking, WhatsApp communities, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Conduct proactive headhunting and direct outreach to quickly build large candidate pipelines.
- Move fast screen large numbers of candidates, conduct initial interviews, shortlist qualified profiles, and keep the recruitment pipeline active.
- Develop new sourcing channels and continuously find creative ways to reach candidates who may not be actively looking for jobs.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates quickly and efficiently.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably from a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
- Previous experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment is a MUST.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with proven ability to identify candidates through multiple channels.
- Strong network and connections within the Lebanese talent market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
