Responsibilities:

Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for various digital platforms.
Plan, execute, and manage content calendars aligned with brand and internal objectives.
Write and edit social media captions, website content, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices.
Monitor content performance through analytics and optimize based on insights.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
Conduct audience research to create content that speaks to target demographics.
Assist in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
Experience in writing, editing, and storytelling across different formats.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A keen eye for visual aesthetics, branding, and audience engagement trends.
