About the RoleGandour is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Mechanical Section Head to oversee mechanical operations and maintenance at our manufacturing facility in Choueifat. In this position, you will lead the mechanical engineering and technical teams, ensuring high operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards across all production lines.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. * Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment (FMCG/Food industry experience is preferred). * Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in industrial mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and mechanical diagnostics. * Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability in team management, resource allocation, and workflow planning. * Competencies:* Strong problem-solving aptitude, communication skills, and data-driven decision-making.
