Role Description The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Saida El Oustani. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing documents, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting office operations. The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate meetings and schedules, assist in basic finance-related activities such as tracking invoices or expenses, and support internal and external customer inquiries in a professional manner. The role also includes collaborating with team members, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, and maintaining orderly filing and office systems. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support smooth office workflow and provide direct support to management and staff.
Qualifications
- * Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage documents, schedules, and office procedures efficiently.
