Role Description The Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut, responsible for strengthening and evolving the Maison Cadrans brand across all channels and touchpoints. This role oversees brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging, ensuring consistency in marketing campaigns, retail experience, and digital communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand and marketing strategies, planning seasonal campaigns, coordinating with creative, retail, and e-commerce teams, and managing relationships with agencies and partners. The Brand Manager monitors market trends and competitor activity, analyzes performance metrics, and translates insights into brand initiatives that drive awareness and customer engagement. The role also includes overseeing content and storytelling for watches and jewelry collections, supporting launches and events, and maintaining brand guidelines and training for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Brand strategy and management skills, including experience defining positioning, value proposition, and long-term brand plans.
- Marketing and communications skills, such as campaign planning, storytelling, and multi-channel communication (retail, print, digital, social).
- Analytical and research skills, including market analysis, consumer insights, and performance reporting using relevant tools and data.
- Project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to deliver on brand objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic and French) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or watchmaking is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of premium customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in brand management are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Beirut, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
