About the Role:
Aihom Istikbal is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ongoing growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a high-quality hiring process aligned with company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and manage interview processes and feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
