About the Opportunity
We are seeking professionals with hands-on expertise in high-temperature imaging systems deployment and operations in cement production, steel production, and energy-from-waste facilities in the Middle East. This role involves sharing your expertise on system applications, operational drivers, supplier landscape, and unmet needs—or with potential to inform—how high-temperature imaging systems can better support industrial process optimization. Your insights will help us understand market dynamics, deployment challenges, operational requirements, and opportunities for improved solutions. This is a flexible consulting engagement that can be completed alongside full-time employment. Time commitment is based entirely on your availability and schedule.
Relevant Experience
- Operating, deploying, or managing high-temperature imaging systems in cement, steel, or energy-from-waste facilities.
- Understanding high-temperature imaging applications, system capabilities, and operational integration.
- Knowledge of process optimization drivers (product quality, energy consumption, process efficiency, equipment reliability, safety).
- Evaluating or selecting high-temperature imaging suppliers and systems for industrial applications.
- Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams on process monitoring and optimization.
- Understanding major HT imaging suppliers, competitive landscape, and market offerings in the Middle East.
- Identifying operational pain points, process challenges, and unmet needs in industrial imaging.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or experience in Engineering (mechanical, process, chemical), Industrial Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, process engineering, equipment management, or procurement at cement, steel, or energy-from-waste facilities in the Middle East.
- Hands-on experience with high-temperature imaging systems or industrial process monitoring highly valued.
- Knowledge of Middle East industrial markets and operational practices.
