- Category Growth & Merchandising: Own the end-to-end growth of key product categories. Curate product selections, improve on-site visibility, and partner with brands to develop joint business plans.
- Ad Monetization: Sell and manage sponsored placements for brand partners. Grow Namshi’s retail media revenue, report on advertising performance, and advise brands on their investments.
- Growth Analytics: Build dashboards and analytical models to track business performance. Translate data into actionable insights and support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Catalog Content: Identify and resolve product catalog quality gaps across images, attributes, and descriptions. Leverage AI tools to automate and scale content improvements across SKUs.
