Position Summary
Agribond Group is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and talent development across our Lebanon Operations and Africa expatriates. In this role, you will manage end-to-end hiring for senior and managerial positions, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive strategic recruitment initiatives. Additionally, you will design onboarding programs, organize training and development, contribute to performance and talent reviews, and monitor key recruiting metrics to optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, managerial, and executive positions across local operations and international expatriate assignments.
- Proactively build, expand, and manage active talent pipelines for critical roles and upcoming operational expansion.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and sourcing specifically tailored for Africa expatriate roles.
- Design, implement, and refine structured onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Organize and facilitate learning programs, skill development activities, and talent review processes.
- Contribute directly to organizational performance management and talent evaluation initiatives.
- Track, measure, and analyze key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion, sourcing efficiency) to optimize recruitment practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is strongly preferred).
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience and background in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) market recruitment is required.
- Previous experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is a strong plus.
- Professional HR, Recruiter, or Trainer certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CPTD) are considered a definite advantage.
