We're hiring an Inside Sales / Project Management Coordinator to be the glue between sales, operations, and customers. In this hybrid role, you'll send proposals and contracts, follow up on leads, answer questions, and help close sales — then shift into managing active projects by coordinating schedules, communicating timelines, and keeping job files organized from contract to closeout. This role is approximately 80-90% inside sales follow-up, requiring a tenacious "shark" and hustler mentality to close deals, with the remaining time split between project management and call center duties. When projects are quiet, you'll support our call center by making outbound calls and booking inspection appointments. If you enjoy being organized, talking with customers, and working across sales and operations to keep things moving smoothly — you'll feel right at home.
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 1-2 years (A strong sales background and closing mentality is required; construction, roofing, or project management experience is a strong plus).
- CRM Tool: Preferred experience with JobNimbus or similar platforms like GoHighLevel or Salesforce (willing to train if the candidate is strong in sales).
- Softwares: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
- Industry Knowledge Required: Residential and commercial roofing, construction, solar removal/reinstallation, exterior renovation.
Position Description
- Working Hours: 9 hours, from 7 PM till 4 AM Beirut Time
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
- PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
- Salary Range: $1,000 + $50 commission per sale
