About the Role
MultiLane is looking for an MEP Engineer to join our manufacturing operations at the Safra Technology Park (STP) site on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that keep our manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee MEP systems across the STP facility
- Plan and supervise MEP installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on MEP works
- Run preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on site
- Support facility layout and expansion planning from an MEP perspective
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial facility
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on site
- Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
