• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of computers, laptops, electronics, hardware components, and technical repair tools.
• Ability to identify faults accurately and recommend suitable repair solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Professional attitude and commitment to customer service.
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in electronics, computer maintenance, electrical systems, or a related field is preferred.
