We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Accounting & Administrative Support person to assist with day-to-day accounting and office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Basic clerking and accounting support
• Data entry, filing, and document organization
• Invoice and payment follow-up
• General administrative and office support
• Assisting with routine financial reports and records
Requirements:
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Previous accounting or administrative experience is a plus
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (Saturday and Sunday off)
