WE ARE HIRING – BRAND MANAGER
A growing coffee brand franchise with branches in Saifi, ABC Ashrafieh, and Rabieh is looking for a Brand Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, consistent performance across all locations.
📍 Locations: Saifi | ABC Ashrafieh | Rabieh
⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours/day – 6 days/week
🔄 Schedule: Rotation between branches
💰 Compensation: USD 2,000 total package + NSSF
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all branches
Manage inventory, stock control and operational follow-up
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
Recruit, onboard, train, supervise and assess employees
Ensure consistent service quality and implementation of brand standards
Follow up on branch performance and address operational issues
Ensure smooth coordination between teams and locations
Requirements
Previous experience in F&B management
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and operational follow-up skills
Hands-on, reliable and able to work across multiple locations
Ability to manage teams and ensure high service standards
