We are looking for an experienced iGaming leader to take ownership of the commercial performance and day-to-day operations of a B2C brand focused on the Turkish market. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands local player behaviour, acquisition channels, payments and the operational realities of this highly competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Own the market strategy, budget and P&L, with accountability for GGR, NGR, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop local acquisition and retention plans across affiliates, paid media, SEO, social media, influencers, CRM and VIP.
- Coordinate central product, creative, marketing and customer-facing teams to deliver relevant campaigns for Turkish players.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local affiliates, media partners, payment providers and other commercial partners.
- Improve the complete player journey, including registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor platform performance and work closely with external technology providers to resolve product, localisation and technical issues.
- Optimise promotional activity, bonus costs, acquisition efficiency, retention and player lifetime value.
- Identify future opportunities to expand into neighbouring markets.
Required experience
- At least five years of direct experience within Turkish-facing B2C iGaming operations.
- Previous responsibility for a country, business unit, brand or significant commercial function.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish acquisition channels, affiliate networks, payment solutions and player preferences.
- Demonstrable experience managing commercial KPIs, including FTDs, CPA, conversion, retention, LTV, GGR and NGR.
- Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage external platform and service providers.
- Commercially assertive, analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent Turkish and professional English.
- Willingness to work full-time from Nicosia, Cyprus.
