We are looking for a SharePoint and Dynamics 365 QA & QC Engineer
The QA & QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and release readiness of enterprise solutions built across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role requires strong functional testing expertise and the ability to validate complete business processes, workflows, integrations, permissions, data behavior, and system functionality.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, regression packs, and acceptance criteria for Microsoft-based applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, negative, usability, and end-to-end testing.
Test SharePoint Online solutions, including lists, forms, pages, permissions, document functionality, SPFx components, filtering, and data behavior.
Test Dynamics 365 and Dataverse functionality, including tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, business process flows, CRM workflows, and data integrity.
Validate Power Apps functionality and complete business processes across connected applications.
Test Power Automate flows, including triggers, conditions, approvals, notifications, data updates, integrations, exception handling, retries, and failure scenarios.
Validate integrations between SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 services, APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
Verify permissions, security roles, user access, data visibility, and role-based functionality across different user scenarios.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, supporting evidence, and severity levels.
Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues.
Support UAT activities, release validation, production-readiness testing, and post-release verification.
Work closely with developers, technical leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify missing acceptance criteria, and prevent recurring defects.
Maintain clear QA documentation, testing evidence, defect reports, regression suites, and release-readiness reports.
Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Postman for defect tracking, test management, API testing, and release coordination.
Qualifications
3-5 years of professional QA/QC experience, preferably testing Microsoft enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or business systems.
Strong hands-on testing experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, and Dynamics 365.
Hands-on experience testing Power Automate workflows and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Good understanding of Dataverse, including tables, business rules, security roles, permissions, and data relationships.
Strong experience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
Ability to understand complex business workflows and translate requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and edge cases.
Experience testing APIs, webhooks, and system integrations using Postman or similar tools.
Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira for defect management, sprint tracking, and release processes.
Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management, root-cause investigation, and release-readiness principles.
At least one relevant active Microsoft certification is required; PL-900 is a strong baseline, while PL-200 or other relevant Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to independently identify functional, data, security, and integration issues.
Based in Lebanon and able to work with full availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
