Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Instagram Manager with strong ManyChat experience to manage and grow our Instagram presence while creating automated conversations that increase engagement, generate leads, and support sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's Instagram account and community.
- Plan and maintain an engaging Instagram content calendar.
- Create, schedule, and publish Reels, Stories, carousels, and other Instagram content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Build and manage ManyChat automation flows for Instagram.
- Create automated responses triggered by comments, DMs, keywords, and followers.
- Develop Instagram DM funnels for lead generation and sales.
- Build automated customer journeys and follow-up sequences.
- Capture and qualify leads through Instagram automation.
- Monitor Instagram and ManyChat analytics and optimize performance.
- Test different messages, CTAs, and automation flows to improve conversions.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to turn Instagram engagement into qualified leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Instagram Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat is required.
- Strong understanding of Instagram marketing and audience growth.
- Experience creating Instagram DM and comment automation.
- Experience with lead generation and social media conversion strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- CRM and marketing automation experience is a plus.
