Role Description The Customer Service Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Beirut, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves leading and mentoring the customer service team, setting performance standards, and ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally. The manager will monitor service metrics, analyze customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency. Daily tasks include managing escalated cases, coordinating with other departments to resolve complex problems, optimizing workflows, and maintaining consistent communication protocols. The Customer Service Manager will also contribute to training programs, documentation, and tools to support a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service Management and Customer Support, with experience overseeing frontline teams and handling escalations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective service processes, feedback handling, and issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, service metrics, and trends, and to recommend actionable improvements.
- Previous experience in customer service leadership roles, ideally in travel, hospitality, or related services.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and common office software tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities both onsite and remotely.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
