Key Responsibilities
- * Manage the Asset Management Unit’s activities, strategy, performance and annual targets in coordination with the T&CM Executive Director.
- Develop and manage client relationships, assess investment needs and risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment and portfolio strategies.
- Promote Asset Management products and investment solutions to clients and relevant business lines, and execute client orders.
- Contribute to the Bank’s proprietary trading activities, monitor market drivers and ensure compliance with approved limits and targets.
- Structure new and tailor-made investment products, including portfolio rebalancing strategies, and generate regular investment ideas.
- Manage relationships with local and international financial institutions and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor financial markets, conduct research and analysis, and provide investment insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with regulators, internal control functions and other business units, and ensure effective sharing of relevant market information.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong planning, organization, communication, time management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets, banking products, policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of local and international economies, investment and financing techniques.
- Strong financial and economic analysis, research and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Required certificates as per CMA Licensing or their equivalent

- Global Financial Derivatives
- Business Conduct
