We’re looking for a crypto-native researcher who lives and breathes the market. This isn’t a traditional research role. We want someone who is deep in the trenches constantly monitoring X and Telegram, spotting narratives before they become obvious, discovering emerging projects, and figuring out where attention and capital could move next.
What you’ll do
- Hunt for emerging narratives, projects, tokens, ecosystems, and market opportunities
- Monitor X, Telegram, on-chain activity, communities, and other crypto-native information sources
- Identify potential alpha and separate meaningful signals from noise
- Research altcoins, protocols, founders, tokenomics, catalysts, and market positioning
- Track what smart money, influential traders, builders, and communities are paying attention to
- Turn fast-moving information into clear, actionable research and insights
- Stay ahead of market narratives rather than reporting on them after they’ve already happened
- Work closely with the wider team to surface interesting opportunities and research angles quickly
What we’re looking for
- Deeply immersed in crypto professionally, personally, or ideally both
- Genuinely crypto-native with a strong understanding of how the market moves
- Strong knowledge of altcoins, DeFi, memecoins, emerging ecosystems, token launches, and crypto narratives
- Extremely active on X and Telegram and plugged into the right communities
- Able to move quickly while still questioning sources and validating information
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Comfortable operating in a 24/7, fast-moving global market
