Position: Visual Creative Expert

Compensation: $21 - $70/hour

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review curated collections of aesthetic images and assess for superior visual quality and creative value.
- Apply advanced judgment to select images demonstrating exceptional composition, lighting, color, and originality.
- Document and articulate reasoning behind selections and critiques using clear written feedback.
- Collaborate with project trainers and visual specialists to align on quality standards.
- Maintain consistency and high standards when evaluating diverse visual genres and formats.
- Contribute to the development of robust, diverse datasets reflecting refined aesthetic sensibilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating or creating visual work such as photography, art direction, or graphic design.
- Acute visual discernment and ability to recognize high-quality composition, lighting, color, and originality.
- Solid portfolio or track record of visual projects with evidence of taste and artistic rigor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing constructive and detailed feedback.
- Previous experience in roles requiring critical evaluation or selection of images or visual content.
- Up-to-date awareness of visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics in design or photography.
